Kindergarten Registration and Orientation will be held on Friday, March 16, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.  All incoming students/parents are expected to attend as this will be the only time you and your child will be asked to come to the school prior to the beginning of the  2018-19 school year.  Please be reminded that your child must be 5 years old before September 1, 2018 to be eligible for enrollment for the 2018-19 school year.  Please call the school office at 304.564.3242 to receive a registration packet.

PreSchool "Snuggle Up and Read"

Parents of our Preschool students are invited to join our Preschool classrooms on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. to participate in a fun filled reading activity.

Your child has brought home information regarding the "Snow Sack" program.  Please read the information and return the form with your signature to your child's teacher.  Every child has brought home Day 1 and Day 2 ONLY.  They are NOT to complete these assignments unless directed to do so during a future school cancellation.  If you have any questions, please contact your child's teacher and/or the school office.

Family Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

Under FERPA, a school must annually notify parents of students in attendance of their rights under FERPA. The annual notification must include information regarding a parent's right to inspect and review his or her child's education records, the right to seek to amend the records, the right to consent to disclosure of personally identifiable information from the records (except in certain circumstances), and the right to file a complaint with the Office regarding an alleged failure by a school to comply with FERPA. The school must also inform parents of its definitions of the terms "school official" and "legitimate educational interest."
